Oh god... what have I done? Yesterday afternoon when I saw this I thought ‘I’ve always wanted to do a Lemons race, this would be perfect’ so I placed a bid. Now it’s starting to look like I may actually get it I am having second doubts. Someone save me from myself... and from my wife, because if I show up at home with this she will kill me.

You’ve done a good thing. Look at how big that rear area is! You can totally fit a big block V8 where the rear seats are.

Man, that poor thing’s been through hell. I’ve owned 10 Pacers in my day. Wonderful cars. You wouldn’t have regretted it in the end. The one above was my favorite. Orange and tan two-tone, 4-speed stick. It was a magical car.

I think the Pacer is poised to make some sort of a comeback, after being off the radar for so long, spotted this lovely example on the street a couple weeks ago.
